THIS REVOLVING CREDIT AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) dated as of January 31, 2005 is entered into between DERMA SCIENCES, INC., a Pennsylvania Corporation (“Derma”), SUNSHINE PRODUCTS, INC., a Missouri Corporation (“Sunshine”); Derma and Sunshine shall be referred to herein individually and collectively, as the “Borrower”), and CAPITALSOURCE FINANCE LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Lender”).
