AGREEMENT dated as of this 1st day of November, 1998 between JLM COUTURE, INC., a Delaware corporation (hereinafter called the "Company") with offices at 225 West 37th Street, Fifth Floor, New York, New York 10018, and LAZARO PEREZ residing at (hereinafter called the "Employee"). The Agreement shall control and supersede all previous agreements entered into between the Company and the Employee.
