THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), dated 1 March, 2004, is between DAYS MASTER ITALIA S.p.a., an Italian company with liability limited by stock, (“we”, “our” or “us”), and HOSPITALIA S.p.a., an Italian company with liability limited by stock (“you”).
