This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to an individual or entity's participation in the Sprint Internet Sales Affiliate Program (the "Program"). By registering for and participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not register for or participate in the Program, or, if you are already a Sprint Internet Sales Affiliate, immediately terminate all uses of Sprint's marks and any links to Sprint's website. As used in this Agreement, "We, Us, Our, or Sprint" means Sprint Communications Company L.P. and its subsidiaries and corporate affiliates, and "You or Your" means the applicant and if accepted into the Program, they will be know as an "Internet Sales Affiliate". "Site" means a World Wide Web site and, depending on the context refers any Sprint-related Site (including but not limited to "http://www.sprint.com/">www.sprint.com, "http://www.sprintpcs.com/">www.sprintpcs
