This Amendment is entered into effective as of January 23, 2012, and amends the Amended Expense Limitation Agreement, dated May 1, 2007, (the “Agreement”) by and between Allianz Investment Management LLC (formerly, Allianz Life Advisers, LLC) and Allianz Variable Insurance Products Fund of Funds Trust, on behalf of each of the funds listed on Exhibit A of the Agreement. Capitalized terms used in this Amendment, but not defined herein, shall have the definitions assigned to them by the Agreement.
