THIS STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of April 25, 2007, by and among GILSOR TECHNOLOGY HOLDINGS, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Gilsor”), Gilsor’s shareholders listed on the signature page hereto (the “Shareholders”) and INFE-HUMAN RESOURCES, INC., a Delaware corporation (“IFHR”).
