This Employment Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into to be effective as of the 5th day of March, 2016 (the "Effective Date"), by and between Chembio Diagnostics, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the "Company"), and Javan Esfandiari ("Employee"). Employee and the Company are sometimes referred to individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties".
