This Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of this 18th day of December 2017 (the “Effective Date) by and between Chembio Diagnostics, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), and Neil A. Goldman (“Employee), to be effective as of the Effective Date. Employee and the Company are sometimes referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
