THIS CHANGE IN CONTROL SEVERANCE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this 1st day of August, 2018 (the “Effective Date”), by and among Teledyne Technologies Incorporated, a Delaware corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), and Thomas Reslewic, an individual residing at the address set forth on the signature page of this Agreement (the “Executive”).
