This Multi-Tenant Industrial Triple Net Lease (this “Lease”) is made and entered into as of February 25, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), by and between MATTER CHEYENNE LOGISTICS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Landlord”) and PRIORITY FULFILLMENT SERVICES, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Tenant”).
