This Agreement explains our obligations to you and your obligations to us in relation to the SRSplus services you purchase from us. By purchasing or otherwise applying for SRSplus services, you agree to establish an account with us for such services. When you use your account or permit someone else to use your account to purchase or otherwise acquire access to additional SRSplus services or to modify or cancel your SRSplus services (even if we were not notified of such authorization), this Agreement as amended covers any such services or actions. Sections 1 through 13 in this Agreement apply to any and all SRSplus services that you purchase. The terms and conditions set forth in the Schedules of this Agreement apply only for those services purchased by you. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms of Sections 1 through 13 and any terms in the Schedules, the terms of the Schedules shall control with regard to the applicable SRSplus service.
