EDGEWELL PERSONAL CARE COMPANY (the “Company”), effective November 13, 2017 (the “Grant Date”), grants this Non-Qualified Stock Option Agreement (“Option Agreement”) to ________________(“Optionee”) to purchase a total of _____________ shares of Common Stock of the Company (“Common Stock”) at a price of $_______per share pursuant to its Edgewell Personal Care Company Second Amended and Restated 2009 Incentive Stock Plan (the “Plan”).
