This REGISTRATION RIGHTS AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of —, 2009 by and among Oilsands Quest Inc., a Colorado corporation (the “Company”), and the several holders who are signatories to this Agreement (each a “Holder,” and together the “Holder”).
