THIS FOURTH AMENDMENT TO LOAN AGREEMENT (the "Amendment") is entered into as of May 31, 2006 by and between UTAH MEDICAL PRODUCTS, a Utah corporation ("Borrower"), and U. S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION ("Bank").
