According to the Contract Law of People's Republic of China and other related laws and regulations, based on equality, free will, fairness and good faith, regarding live pig purchasing, Party A and Party B agree as follows:

Based on the Memorandum entered into by the three parties, with the principal of friendly cooperation, Party A, Party B, and Party C enter into this supplementary Agreement, and the parties shall abide by it:

During the performance of the Cooperation Agreement entered into by and between Party A and Party C on October 11, 2007 and the Swine Exclusive Sales Contract entered into by and between Party A and Party B, the three parties agrees that, in order to ensure the "Company Base + Farmers" production mode go on wheels, regarding the details on executing the mode, Party A, Party B and Party C enter into the memorandum as follows:

Whereas, Party B has the capacity and manpower to sell breeding pigs, in order to establish the “Company Base + Farmer” production system of Party A, through friendly negotiation and based on the principal of equality and mutual benefit, regarding Party B exclusively selling Party A’s breeding pigs, Party A and Party B enter into this Agreement as follows and both parties shall abide by this Agreement:

As of Article 5 of the Breeding pig Exclusive Sales Agreement by and between Heilongjiang Senyu Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd. and Harbin Golden Inc., the parties agree the following supplementary agreement:

With regard to the new situation arising from the execution of the Cooperation Agreement entered into by Party A and Party B on October 11, 2007, the parties enter into this Supplementary Agreement through friendly negotiation. The parties shall abide by this Supplementary Agreement and this Supplementary Agreement shall be the basis of the cooperation of the parties.
