THIS EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of August 1, 2011 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Arcis Resources Corporation, with its principal executive offices at 4320 Eagle Point Pkwy, Suite A, Birmingham AL 35242 (the “Company”) and Robert J. Fanella, an individual residing at 975 Clifton Avenue, Glen Ellyn, IL 60137 (the “Executive”).
