This Stock Purchase Agreement (this "Agreement") is entered into as of March 15th 2016, by and among Alpine 4 Technologies, Ltd., a Delaware corporation (the "Buyer"), Quality Circuit Assembly, Inc.., a California corporation (collectively, the "Company"), Jeffrey L. Moss and Dwight B. Hargreaves (each a "Seller," and collectively, the "Sellers"),. The Buyer, the Sellers, and the Company may each be referred to herein as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties."
