This Technology and Paymaster Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into and effective as of the first day of November, 2023 (the “Effective Date”) by and between GATC Health Corp, a Wyoming corporation (the “Company”) and IrisMind, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Consultant”).
