This Stock Option Agreement certifies that, pursuant to the DubLi, Inc. (the “Company”) Omnibus Equity Compensation Plan (the “Plan”), the Compensation Committee has granted an option to purchase shares of common stock, par value $0.001 per share (the “Common Stock”), of the Company as stated below.
