THIS SERVICE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the 1st day of March, 2013 (“Effective Date”), and is entered into by and between Comenity Servicing LLC (“Servicer”), a Texas limited liability company with its principal place of business at 3100 Easton Square Place, Columbus, OH 43219, and Comenity Bank (“Bank”), a Delaware corporation, with its principal place of business at One Righter Parkway, Suite 100, Wilmington, DE 19803 (as successor in interest by conversion to World Financial Network National Bank). Servicer and Bank may be referred to herein individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties”.
