I, Richard Heinzel, (Seller) as the artist and creator of the sculptures marketed by Blackhawk Mountain Productions, Inc. (Company) own all copyrights and other rights to those works and wish to assign those rights to Blackhawk Mountain Productions, Inc., (Buyer).
