AGREEMENT AND PLAN OF MERGER, dated as of August 21, 2009 (the “Agreement”), among Trend Technology Corp., a Nevada Corporation (“TRET”), and Americas Energy Company (“AEC”) a corporate, Nevada Corporation entity with 65 Million shares of common stock and 10 Million Shares of Preferred Stock issued as of today’s date.
