This Stock Unit Award Agreement (the “Award Agreement”), dated as of the «Date_of_Grant» (the “Grant Date”), between MIPS Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company") and «Recipient» (the "Recipient"), is made pursuant and subject to the provisions of the Company's Amended and Restated 1998 Long-Term Incentive Plan, and any future amendments thereto (the "Plan").
