This Manufacturing, Development and Supply Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into this 25th day of June, 2001, and effective December 11, 2000 by and between Abbott Laboratories, an Illinois corporation having a principal place of business at 100 Abbott Park Road, Abbott Park, Illinois 60064-3500 (“Abbott”), and Versicor, Inc., a Delaware corporation, having a principal place of business at 34790 Ardentech Court, Freemont California 94555 (“Versicor”).
