This Settlement Agreement and Release (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between WTA CAMPBELL TECHNOLOGY PARK, LLC, a California limited liability company (“WTA Campbell”), on the one hand, and ZAMBA CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation (“Zamba”), on the other hand.
