This Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between VantageMed Corporation (the “Company”) and Philip D. Ranger (the “Employee”). The effective date of this Agreement is the date the Agreement is approved by the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) (the “Effective Date”).
