This Agreement is entered into as of October 9, 2003 between Matthew J. Rodgers (“Rodgers”) and Labor Ready, Inc. (the “Company”) in order to memorialize the severance of their relationship and mutually agreed cancellation of the Executive Employment Agreement between Rodgers and the Company dated February 21, 2001 (the “Employment Contract”), and to resolve any disputes between the parties.
