THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) is entered into as of July 1, 2003, by and between Expeditors International of Washington, Inc., a Washington corporation (“Borrower”), and WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (“Bank”).
