THIS GUARANTEE (the “Guarantee”) is made as of the 23rd day of September, 2003, by Dakota Ethanol, LLC, whose address is PO Box 100, Wentworth, SD 57075 (the “Guarantor”), for the benefit of the First National Bank in Brookings, 5th Street & 5th Avenue, Brookings, South Dakota 57006-5057 (the “Bond Holder”).
