THIS EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of July 1, 2003 by and between USA Broadband, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) and Grant Miller (“EXECUTIVE”).
