GAGNIER (the “Employee”), an individual residing at 5395 Round Meadow Road, Hidden Hills, California 91302, ELTRON INTERNATIONAL, INC., a California corporation (the “Company”), and ZEBRA TECHNOLOGIES CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation (“Zebra”).
