This Global Services Agreement (this “GSA” or “Agreement”) is made by and between MCI WORLDCOM Communications, Inc., a Delaware corporation with offices at 3 Ravinia Drive, Atlanta, Georgia 30346 (“MCI”) on behalf of itself and its US-based “Affiliates” (as hereinafter defined) and their respective successors, and The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc. (“Nasdaq or Customer”), a Delaware corporation and an affiliate of the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc.
