This Security Agreement (“Agreement”) is made this 17th day of January, 2002 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Chaparral Network Storage, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Borrower”), and Xyratex Technology Limited, a company organized under the laws of England and Wales (“Lender”).
