This Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into effective as of the 1st of November 2004 (“Effective Date”) on this 12th day of October 2004 by and between ZENITH NATIONAL INSURANCE CORP., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and JACK D. MILLER (hereinafter referred to as the “Executive”).
