THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 18th day of October, 2004, by and between Inamed Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Corporation”), and Nicholas L. Teti (the “Executive”) (collectively, the “Parties”).
