This Credit Agreement dated as of September 2, 2004 is among Bemis Company, Inc., a Missouri corporation (together with its successors and assigns, the “Company”), the subsidiaries of the Company which from time to time become parties hereto pursuant to Section 2.23 (each a “Borrowing Subsidiary” and collectively the “Borrowing Subsidiaries”), the Lenders, Wachovia Bank, N.A., as Syndication Agent, U.S. Bank National Association and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Co-Documentation Agents, and Bank One, NA, a national banking association, as Administrative Agent.
