THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of December 3, 2004, effective as of October 1, 2004, by and between Maxim Pharmaceuticals, Inc., (the “Company”), and Pam G. Gleason (“Executive”). The Company and Executive are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties,” and individually referred to as a “Party.”
