STOCK OPTION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated as of «Date» (the “Date of Grant”) between MedImmune, Inc., a Delaware Corporation (the “Company”) and «LastName» «LastName», (the “Optionee”), which term as used herein shall be deemed to include any successor to the Optionee by will or by the laws of descent and distribution, unless the context shall otherwise require.
