THIS MANUFACTURING AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into as of May 30, 2005 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Allos Therapeutics, Inc., a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware, having an address at 11080 Circle Point Road, Suite 200 Westminster, CO 80020-2778 (“Allos”), and Hovione Inter Limited, a Swiss Corporation, with its principal place of business in Luzern, Switzerland (“Hovione”). Allos and Hovione are sometimes hereinafter each referred to as a Party (collectively “Parties”) to this Agreement.
