The term “Project” means the building (the “Building”) known as “One Parkway North Center” and the land (the “Land”) located at One Parkway North Boulevard, Deerfield, Illinois. “Premises” means that part of the Project leased to Tenant described in the Schedule and outlined on Appendix A. “Office Park” means the approximately 90 acre development commonly known as Parkway North Center which currently includes, among other things, six major office buildings and a hotel.
