This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), dated effective as of February 13, 2006, is entered into by and between CONSOLIDATED GRAPHICS, INC., a Texas corporation having its principal place of business in Houston, Harris County, Texas (“CGX”), and JOE R. DAVIS (the “Executive”); other capitalized terms used in this Agreement are defined and shall have the meanings set forth in Section 17 or elsewhere herein.
