THIS AGREEMENT is made as of the 21st day of March, 2006, between Fidelity D& D Bancorp, Inc. (“Corporation”), The Fidelity Deposit and Discount Bank (“Bank”), and Salvatore R. DeFrancesco (“Executive”), an individual residing in Moosic, Pennsylvania (collectively the “Parties” and, individually, sometimes a “Party”).
