This Property Management Agreement is made and entered into as of this 1st day of May, 2006, by and between BC-BAINBRIDGE SPICEWOOD LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Owner”) and STEVEN D. BELL AND COMPANY, a North Carolina corporation (the “Manager”).
