Monolithic System Technology, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), hereby grants to Optionee, an option (“Option”) to purchase a total of Three Hundred Thousand (300,000) shares of Common Stock, $0.01 par value per share (“Shares”), of the Company, at the price set forth herein.
