THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Michael Majerik, an individual (“Employee”), and, Magellan Health Services, Inc. on behalf of itself and its present and future subsidiaries and affiliates, including without limitation subsidiaries and affiliates engaged in the managed behavioral health and radiology benefits management and other businesses of Employer and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively referred to herein as “Employer”). Employer” shall for all purposes under this Agreement include all of its present and future subsidiaries and affiliates
