THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT dated as of March 10, 2006 (“Agreement”), is by and between Transaction Network Services, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and its parent, TNS, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Parent”), on the one hand (collectively, “TNS”), and Edward O’Brien (“Executive”), on the other hand. (The Company, Parent and Executive will be referred to collectively as the “Parties” and may each be referred to individually as a “Party”).
