(the “Borrower”), DEUTSCHE BANK AG CAYMAN ISLANDS BRANCH, as a lender (the “Lender”), DEUTSCHE BANK AG NEW YORK BRANCH, as administrative agent (the “Administrative Agent”) and DEUTSCHE BANK SECURITIES INC. as sole arranger and sole book-runner.
