This CyberArts Source Code License and Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made effective as of June 16, 2006 (the “Effective Date”) by and between CyberArts Licensing, LLC., a Delaware limited liability company with offices at 51 Arbor Street, San Francisco, CA 94131 (“CyberArts”), and WPT Enterprises, Inc., a California corporation with offices at 5700 Wilshire Boulevard, Suite 350, Los Angeles, CA 90036 (“WPT”).
