This Salary Continuation Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made effective as of July 1, 2006 (the “Effective Date”), and is entered into by and between Central Valley Community Bank (the “Bank”) and David Kinross (the “Executive”), each a “Party” and together the “Parties.”
