REGISTRATION RIGHTS AGREEMENT, dated as of September 18, 2006, among Corporate Office Properties, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (the “Operating Partnership”), Corporate Office Properties Trust, a Maryland real estate investment trust (the “Company”), Banc of America Securities LLC and J.P.
